Demo Theatre
Created to give ACE Exhibitors a high-impact, out-of-booth opportunity to deliver their best elevator pitch to a room full of Dealers. Audience members hear directly from vendors in a fast, focused format designed to drive more traffic back to exhibitor booths.
How It Works
Demo Theatre is built to give exhibitors a concentrated chance to present their offering in front of dealers through a short, memorable on-stage pitch. The intent is simple: capture attention quickly, then drive attendees back to your booth for deeper conversations.
- 13 vendors will be chosen by a random draw.
- The vendor will be announced by the emcee and will have two minutes on stage to give the audience their best pitch.
- Vendors are encouraged to display only one single graphic on the screen.
- The use of Video, PowerPoint and/or Keynote presentations must be pre-approved by MVRO.

How to Enter
Registered Exhibitors or Sponsors must submit an application using the Demo Theatre entry form no later than September 4, 2026, along with a one-page detailed summary of the product or service they plan to present. Selected participants will be notified on September 9, 2026.

Important Information
Briefing Meeting
All participants will be asked to take part in a briefing meeting to understand and agree to the tactics of Demo Theatre and to help participants where necessary. The meeting will take place on September 15th, 2026.
Graphics Deadline
The deadline to submit graphics is October 5th, 2026. No modifications will be allowed. If no graphic is submitted, MVRO will provide a background slide with your company logo.
Sound Check & Rehearsals
Vendors will not be allowed to take part in any sound-check or pre-rehearsals on the day of the event.
Video Policy
No videos will be supported during the live A/V presentation. If you want to include a video, it must be played before you begin speaking, and it must fit within your allotted presentation time.
