Who should attend?

ACE is designed for dealer principals, general managers, sales leaders, marketing teams, CRM and BDC managers, pre-owned managers, fixed ops leaders, F&I managers, OEM representatives, dealer associations, allied industry professionals, international dealerships, and independent dealerships.

Can I attend ACE if I am not an MVRO Dealer Member?

Yes. Non-member retail automotive dealership personnel can attend using the Non-Member ticket, and OEM representatives can attend through OEM ticket registration. Vendors must participate as exhibitors or sponsors, as vendor-only attendee tickets are not available.

When does the conference start and end?

ACE begins at 8:00 AM on Thursday, October 15, 2026 and ends on Friday, October 16, 2026 at approximately 2:30 PM when the tradeshow ends.

Recording availability will be confirmed closer to the event. Updates will be shared with registered attendees.

Where is the event located?

The Automotive Conference & Expo takes place at Fallsview Casino Resort, Fallsview Conference Centre, 6380 Fallsview Blvd, Niagara Falls, ON L2G 7X5.

How do I get to the venue?

The venue is easily accessible by car via the QEW. From Toronto, the drive is about 1.5 hours depending on traffic. Attendees can also travel by regional bus services or VIA Rail to Niagara Falls, followed by a short taxi or rideshare trip.

Are there recommended hotels nearby?

Yes. Nearby options include Fallsview Casino Resort, Niagara Falls Marriott Fallsview Hotel & Spa, Niagara Falls Marriott on the Falls, Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel & Suites, and Embassy Suites by Hilton Niagara Falls Fallsview.

Is parking available?

Yes. Paid parking is available on-site at Fallsview Casino Resort, with additional nearby lots and garages within walking distance.

Is there Wi-Fi available for attendees?

Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available throughout the conference space, and network details will be provided on-site and within the event app.

Are charging stations available?

Charging stations will be available in select common areas. Attendees are also encouraged to bring their own charging cables or portable battery packs.

Where are the washrooms located?

Washrooms are located throughout the Fallsview Conference Centre and are easily accessible from the tradeshow hall and meeting rooms. Directional signage will be posted throughout the venue.
